Notice of lodgement of a Development Plan
Former Mooroolbark Primary School, 1-5 Central Avenue, Mooroolbark

Amendment C71 to the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme was approved on 4 June 2009.  The amendment rezoned 1–5 Central Avenue, Mooroolbark, from a Public Use Zone to a Residential 1 Zone and applied a Development Plan Overlay to the site.

Stage 1 of the Development Plan has been lodged with Council, applying for development of an ambulance station on the Lincoln Road frontage to the site, abutting the site’s western boundary.
